Rank S Recap - PwnAlone peaks at first
The first week of July Rank S and Rank G has come to end, with Josh "PwnAlone" Pigue taking the top prize to reclaim his seventh place spot in the overall earnings for Rank S this year after being ousted by Ian "tex" Botsch last week. Down in Rank G, Ezekiel "KmZ" Hughes improved on his third place finish from last week by taking the top spot, pushing Michael "Turismo" Haas down to second.

This week's Rank S Friday was one of the more competitive in recent history, resulting in three different ties. While PwnAlone occupied the sole spot at the top, Rank S regulars Peter "ptr" Gurney and Bryce "PureR" Lovell both ended the day locked in at second place. Just below them, a five-way tie for third saw Marian "tyfoon" Lesnic, Shawn "witmer" Taylor, Jonathan "djay" Dallal, Jeff "RZU" Ngo, and Jake "kaboose" McDonald split a combined $850 prize.

Much like last week, no new faces have entered the list, although the standings did see a considerable amount of change. ptr jumped up by two spots to overtake Derrick "LILMAN" Boyne and Chris "Slash" Petersen, the latter of whom has been unable to contest for his spot after he was removed from Rank S. ptr's jump puts him inches away from a top three spot as he now sits just $16 below Derek "desi" Branchen.
Meanwhile, PwnAlone's first place finish and kaboose tying for third place resulted in the two players moving up by one rank each, overtaking tex and Caleb "opportunity" David, respectively.
Over in Rank G, former Variance member KmZ was the one who claimed the top prize, ending the week 20 points ahead of his closest competition.

As previously mentioned, KmZ pushed his way up to first place this week, with last week's winner Turismo dropping down into second. Slash, while absent from Rank S, made his way into the top three for Rank G. Two ties also took place, with Cameron "ohkee" Maccarrone sharing fifth with LiviD's Abdo "c4Lypso" Agha and Gabe "fENOM" Rocha splitting the $100 prize for tenth with "Eric".
