Final day of the Americas RMR is tomorrow

Having both gone 3-0 in the swiss stage, Liquid and Evil Geniuses will finally be stepping back into the tournament area tomorrow for a final BO3. The outcome will determine which of two teams heads directly to the Legends Stage in Rio and which will have to qualify from the Challenger Stage first.

Also happening tomorrow is the 6th place decider gauntlet bracket, the winner of which will be the final American Contender team. First, Imperial will be playing paiN in the lower-seeded match in the early afternoon. After a break, the winner will then move on to face Complexity, the highest seed of the three, in another BO3 series.

Whoever wins the series will be headed to Rio as the lowest seeded American team in the Challenger Stage. Joining them will be the loser of the Liquid vs EG match, as the highest seeded American team in that stage. The schedule for tomorrow is:

02:00PM - Complexity vs Imperial / paiN
