Roster lock for RMRs tonight

By the end of the day, all RMR teams will need to report their starting five, leaving some teams a mystery.

With all the qualifiers coming to a close and with all participants at the RMRs decided, time is soon upon us to figure out which teams will make their claim for Major victory in Rio. To do that, they have to duke it out at the Regional Major Ranking competitions.

Teams have until tonight to send their line-ups to ESL and show who they plan on bringing as they fight for Major appearances. From the player break, we saw that many teams waited until BLAST Premier's roster lock to announce new players, so it is quite possible a similar situation happens with the RMR locks as well.

For example, 9z have recently benched Martin "rox" Molina and will have until tonight to let tournament administrators know who they plan to take his spot on the team. In addition, still being a stand-in, it is unconfirmed as of now if Liquid will continue to play with Latvian superstar Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis. However, signs point to the European still being part of the squad with him playing the previous two tournaments with Liquid.

The RMRs are part of the most exciting time of the season, and soon we'll figure out exactly who is vying for a spot at the Major.
