MIBR will be going home from Cologne, a little earlier than when we hoped

Brazil beaten badly by BnTeT's buddies

MIBR were usurped by Tyloo and will be going home early.

Asian CS powerhouse Tyloo is always an upset factor, no matter their lineup or where they are playing. In today's match, they certainly proved to be a difficult challenge for MIBR. The Brazilians were forced to their limits throughout each map, with the topsy-turvey game going in the most unconventional manner.

The match started off on Tyloo's pick of Inferno where it seemed like everything was going the way of the Chinese after they secured their T-side pistol and subsequent rounds, however that would be the most rounds they would win that half. MIBR immediately pounced and were able to defend against every attack by only allowing two bomb plants for the next twelve rounds. The Brazilians secured a 10-5 half where they looked to continue their momentum into the second half. With MIBR securing the pistol, it was all easy street as they claimed the next six rounds to secure the first map.

MIBR looked to have this match all wrapped up after stealing away Tyloo's pick and heading to Overpass, which seemed to be a surprising pick due to their low win-rate. Whether or not the pick was a gamble doesn't matter, because it convincingly proved to be the wrong one as Tyloo came roaring back. The first half started out with Tyloo having a stalwart defense, only allowing MIBR three rounds as the attackers. With the entire map hinging on the second-half pistol, Tyloo made sure to capitalize and secured their four rounds on the T-side. MIBR were blown out of the water the same way they blew out Tyloo.

With each side having proved their prowess on their opponent's map picks, it was time to go to the neutral final map of Dust2. MIBR kept themselves in the game with an almost equal defense, but ultimately fell behind 7-8 at the half to Tyloo's stronger T-side. The Brazilians did not set themselves up for success and headed onto their T-side on the back foot. Tyloo seized upon the opportunity and won the first five rounds of the second half, making it a mountain for MIBR to climb up to make a comeback. The brazilians secured three rounds and looked to gain some momentum, but it was quickly shut down by Tyloo who secured the final map, 16-10.
