X13 enter rebuild following departures of Wilky and halo

The two are set to look for three riflers for next season.

X13 have parted ways with Alec "halo" Sacry and Reece "Wilky" Wilkerson. As such, the team are now on the lookout for three new players prior to the start of ESEA Advanced Season 41. The changes on the team come after a poor season for the squad, which saw X13 demoted following a 1-6 record in ESL Challenger League Season 40.

X13 finished Season 40 with Otto "garfield" Netteberg on the lineup as a stand-in, despite the player being tied to Gaimin Gladiators. While his chances of ever playing for Gaimin Gladiators now seems unlikely, he is currently not part of X13's plans moving forward. As for Wilky, X13's coach, Kieran "KayJay" Playfair, told Dust2.us that he was just standing in for the team and as such left on March 30th.

halo meanwhile, found himself off the team after being cut on April 10th. KayJay told Dust2.us that halo was removed due to his playstyle not fitting the team's vision for the game. He said that halo is more of a passive rifler and X13 are looking to fill their ranks with two aggressive riflers and an AWPer while Max "Makzwell" Sparrey acts as the IGL and Matthew "scar" Bruni is set to rifle.

X13 are now:

  • Matthew "scar" Bruni

  • Max "Makzwell" Sparrey

  • Kieran "KayJay" Playfair (Coach)

  • United States Ashlynn "Valkenn" Brady (Analyst)

X13 will look to fill out their ranks before ESEA Advanced Season 41 starts on April 25th.
