zews to stand-in for Twistzz in ESL Pro League tonight
For the team's ESL Pro League matches tonight, Liquid will be utilizing the services of their coach, Wilton "zews" Prado in place of Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken. The match they're set to play tonight will be against compLexity.
The reason Twistzz will have to sit out is due to the rifler having a dental procedure to remove his wisdom teeth, which has been scheduled on the same day. In another set of unfortunate events for Twistzz, the removal of his wisdom teeth is set to happen the day before his birthday.
His replacement for the day, coach zews, is no stranger to standing in for his team, having most recently done so during the ELEAGUE Boston Main Qualifier and the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals earlier this year. Whether or not Twistzz is set to return to the roster for their final matches against Ghost tomorrow is unclear.
The matches aren't of great significance to Liquid, as they have already qualified for the ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals, with the next two games just used to cement their seeding in those finals.
The Liquid roster for their match against compLexity tonight will be as follows:
