eUnited are in a very American group next weekend

DreamHack Open Atlanta sees the group stage released

The eight teams are split into their two groups.

Tournament organizer DreamHack have announced the group stage draw for the upcoming DreamHack Open Atlanta, set to take place next weekend between November 16th-18th.

The draw doesn't have an even split of North American and European based teams. It is Group B that holds both the invited and qualifying teams from the European region, Fragsters and Vitality respectively. They're joined in that group by Ghost, looking to make more of a splash than at cs_summit 3, and Rogue, set to debut on LAN with Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen.

Group A, on the other hand, is lead by compLexity, the highest rated team at the event. They're joined by eUnited and Luminosity, both teams in attendance at IEM Chicago until they were eliminated at varying stages of the Group B lower bracket. Envy are the team that rounds out the group, with them making their LAN debut.

The groups for DreamHack Open Atlanta are:

Group A Group B
compLexity Canada Ghost
United States eUnited Denmark Fragsters
Brazil Luminosity United States Rogue
United States Envy Vitality

DreamHack Open Atlanta is set to begin on November 16th, at the Georgia World Congress Centre with $100,000 on offer.
