Cloud9 confirm Golden and STYKO to stand-in for ELEAGUE Premier
Cloud9 have confirmed on Twitter that Martin "STYKO" Styk and Maikil "Golden" Selim will play for the team at ELEAGUE Premier 2018 as stand-ins for the event, confirming earlier reports. The announcement comes after the departure of Tarik "tarik" Celik from the team, who is now signed with MIBR.
STYKO returns to the team after standing in at ESL One Cologne, where the team placed 9-12th with the Slovakian player. Golden, on the other hand, will be a newcomer to the team after being benched by Fnatic in favor of Richard "Xizt" Landström. As a stand-in for tarik, Golden will likely play as the in-game leader for the team.

ELEAGUE Premier 2018 is set to begin on July 21st, with Cloud9 playing in Group A along with MIBR. Cloud9 will open the tournament with a Bo3 match against Astralis at 2PM EDT.
