NiKo and FaZe overcome n0thing and mousesports in Belo Horizonte
FaZe have won a grueling best-of-five series over Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert and mousesports in Brazil, claiming the $100,000 top prize as well as a crucial third victory in their Intel Grand Slam journey.
The back and forth series eventually saw FaZe take the win on Dust2, a map which they trailed 7-8 at the half. Nikola "NiKo" Kovač put in a masterful performance across the entire set, finishing +45 and with a 1.40 rating.
Stand-in Jorgen "cromen" Robertsen clutched out the final round for his team, swiping his knife in the corner of B-site when left with no further bullets.
