steel is excited to see some LAN action at Fragadelphia

Fragadelphia 11 set to start

compLexity and Bee's Money Crew headline Fragadelphia 11's open tournament, which will take place in Aston, Pennsylvania, this weekend

The eleventh edition of Fragadelphia will kick off with a group stage on Friday, July 28th. The 38 assembled teams fighting for a share of $35,000 range from the likes of the aforementioned ESL Pro League sides, ESEA Premier teams, and local mixes.

As has been the case with previous editions of the event, all eyes will likely be on former iBUYPOWER members swag and steel - as Fragadelphia had remained one of the few events where the players were welcome.  ESL's recent unbanning of the match-fixing players will only serve to heighten the excitement for ownage and Bee's Money Crew matches, as rumors swirl about when and where the unbanned players will make their respective comebacks.

The tournament will start with double-elimination groups, featuring a best-of-three format only in the decider stage, followed by the double-elimination playoffs, which will have a best-of-three upper bracket and a best-of-one lower bracket.

The noteworthy attendees are as follows:

United States Bee's Money Crew United States CLG Academy
United States CLG Red United States compLexity
Canada Dignitas fe Canada District 7
Brazil Gorilla Core United States ownage
Canada Rise Nation Canada RONIN

The prize distribution for the event is:

1. - $20,000
