Things have not gone as planned for Swole Patrol

Spirit hand Swole Patrol loss in Global Challenge opener

The CIS team controlled the match all the way through on Overpass.

The hits keep coming for Ryan "freakazoid" Abadir and Swole Patrol, as they have found themselves cast to the lower bracket of Group A in the ESEA MDL Season 27 Global Challenge after a double-digit loss to Spirit.

The Americans were unable to mount a stout enough defense against the CIS team on their Terrorist side, ending the first half trailing 10-5. Despite winning the second half pistol, Swole Patrol were immediately reset, and would only garner one more round in the match before it was closed out. Notably, Austin "Cooper" Abadir did not perform to the level that he has been so far in Leicester.

I bet it is hard to play another tournament when your goal of the season was to make PRO and that didn't happen. I hope they can bounce back though, such a strong team.
