DreamHack Summer NA Open Qualifier finished
The North America open qualifier for DreamHack Summer has concluded, with four teams advancing to the closed qualifier set to begin tomorrow. The four qualified teams of Dignitas, The Pioneers, Mythic, and Swole Patrol will face off against invited sides compLexity, eUnited, Ghost, and Rogue.
Dignitas, who sported Ryan "Snakes" Amann in place of Daniel "roca" Gustaferri, took down Yan is Bald, who featured Warren "hades" Rettich and Benita "bENITA" Novshadian, on their way to qualification.
The Pioneers, who played with Toryon "KLUMZ" Kelley instead of Bryan "MAKKA" Drouillard as well as Jason "neptune" Tran in place of Tyler "tweiss" Weiss, continued to impress and took down Bravado in their quarterfinal.
Mythic had a fairly easy route, although they did take down Squirtle Squad (ex-Iceberg) in the round of 16. Swole also had a pretty easy route, but they did take down the core of MDL Season 27's AZIO in Aim High.

All games are set to begin tomorrow the 29th at 2:00 EDT. The Pioneers are set to use their full roster with tweiss and MAKKA. compLexity are also set to use their newly signed players Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz and Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan.
