Lucid steps down from Third Impact; sets eyes on Europe

Lucid told Dust2.us that he is currently in talks to link up with a European organization.

Hunter "Lucid" Tucker has announced his departure from Third Impact, ending his three-month tenure with the organization.

Lucid joined Third Impact at the start of 2021 alongside Brett "brett" Rhein and Walker "walker" Harris as part of the team's rebuilding efforts following the departures of Thomas "tconnors" Connors, GianFranco "Koalanoob" Potestio, and Eric "ERIC" W. at the end of 2020.

After rounding out the roster with Brennan "grape" Greer, Third Impact would go on to find modest success in ESEA Premier Season 36, finishing the season in pre-relegation territory with a 3-6 record following close losses to Triumph, High Coast, and Rebirth.

While Lucid couldn't tell Dust2.us on the record where he is headed, he was able to divulge that he is currently in discussions to join a European organization in a coaching capacity.

With Lucid exiting the team, Third Impact are now:

  • United States Keanu "DaneJoris" Reyes
  • United States Noah "insane" Eheart
  • United States Brett "brett" Rhein
  • Canada Walker "walker" Harris
  • United States Brennan "grape" Greer
  • United States Austin "Classy" L. (Analyst)

Third Impact will be playing Eclipse in the near future in pre-Relegation to try and claim a spot in ESEA Premier Season 37 wihtout having to play Relegation.
