That's not necessarily the logical assumption. EPL Season 14 isn't slated to start until September 2021. Depending on how long the break between Seasons 36 and 37 are, it's possible that there could be plenty of time for an unannounced Season 37 to fit in there and be the corresponding promotion season of MDL. We'll just have to wait for ESEA and ESL to work it out like everyone else.
