peacemaker: "If I was M80 or Liquid's GM I would have spent a good part of my day trying to understand try's situation"
With yesterday's report from HLTV alleging that Passion UA are looking to sell their lineup, there has been speculation online regarding the future of the organization's lineup and whether they stick together after a difficult season. However, if you ask pundit and former Brazilian coach Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu, organizations across the globe should be seeking to sign Argentinian AWPer Santino "try" Rigal from Passion UA.
In a post on X, peacemaker said that organizations including M80, Liquid, and MOUZ should explore the opportunity of acquiring try to bolster their lineups post-IEM Cologne Major.
peacemaker's full translated X post reads:
If I was HEROIC, M80, MOUZ or Liquid's head coach or GM I would have spent good part of my day trying to understand try's situation at Passion UA. Try has the potential of being a more impactful awper than the ones these teams have.
On SA, only 9z or paiN (has space for him). The rest is putting his potential [to waste] and of course no space at FURIA/MIBR/Legacy.
peacemaker's boosterism of try comes as try has been a bright spot for Passion UA amidst a difficult year for the roster. The 21-year-old talent boasts a 1.09 rating over 64 maps during his time with Passion UA, an impressive stat considering the team have only won 45.3% of maps this year.
With try proving his ability to compete on an English-speaking roster, it is hard to imagine that he won't find a new team next season if Passion UA are in fact aiming to sell. Should try strike out on his own, it could torpedo the Passion UA core's efforts to find a new home after losing both of their superstars in the form of try and Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold.
