Wildcard Director of Analytics Joe "Jobro" Reyes exits org following end of contract

Wildcard’s Director of Analytics and Performance Joe "Jobro" Reyes has left the team upon his contract’s expiration. He had been with Wildcard since January 2025.

Previously Head Analyst for Soniqs, who were prominent in Rainbow Six Siege, Jobro joins former Soniqs CEO Darren Moore in exiting Wildcard. Moore, a co-owner of Wildcard as well as their Head of Esports and Chief Development Officer, cited “key philosophic and strategic differences" as his reason for leaving. Former Soniqs Content Producer and Wildcard's Head of Content Makaya “Koi” Loo is also departing the organization.

Wildcard’s recent history in CS2 has entailed a full rebuild of the main roster, as mentioned in Reye's post, and the discontinuation of their academy program.
