F5 unveil Kurrent as new coach

F5 is Kurrent's largest coaching role to date.

On January 23rd, F5 announced the addition of Adam "Kurrent" Starr to the team's ranks, seeing him join the ESEA Advanced as their new coach. Kurrent joins F5 after their long-time coach "Ghost_Solder" stepped down from the squad on December 14th.

A relatively new face to this level of competition, Kurrent joins F5 after previously serving as an analyst for Lycus Empire in 2024 while coaching a number of smaller teams over the years. He joins F5 amidst a purple patch of form for the team, with F5 entering the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) after a strong run at FRAG Miami 2 at the start of the year. In ESEA Advanced Season 56 the team currently sits at a 2-1 record and recently received an invite to the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #6.

F5 are now:

  • United States Andrew "Kermi" Cretella

  • United States Nathaniel "neight" Bell

  • United States Thomas "Bones" Degenhardt

  • United States Cameron "cmrn" Longman

  • United States Ethan "Signal" Riley

  • United States Adam "Kurrent" Starr (Coach)

F5's next match in ESEA Advanced S56 will take place on January 26th against Beyond Limits.
