MUTiRiS will have a big challenge marrying his Portuguese rookies and his Eastern European superstars

Official: BC.Game secure SAW trio, massive VRS boost

Strange times in world Counter-Strike.

As first reported by Dust2.us and HLTV, BC.Game have acquired SAW's core roster, acquiring Christopher "MUTiRiS" Fernandes, António "aragornN" Barbosa, and Adones "krazy" Nobre after being previously rebuked in their efforts to acquire players from HEROIC and Astralis.

The signing sees BC.Game acquire an experienced core and perhaps more importantly SAW's position in the Valve Regional Standings (VRS), with the team jumping to 22nd in the Rankings. The signing sees Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and BC.Game put into a prime position for an invite to the upcoming IEM Kraków 2026 and the rest of the tier-one circuit.

The goal will now be for BC.Game to try and marry the Eastern European duo of s1mple and Denis "electroNic" Sharipov with a Portuguese core that contains two relative newcomers to tier-one play.

The longevity of this eclectic mix will likely will likely depend on Christopher "MUTiRiS" Fernandes' ability to prove himself and make good on his years of experience while working to secure a spot at the IEM Cologne 2026 Major. From there, it remains to be seen if this "odd couple" of a roster will continue or the Portuguese players will slowly be ousted once BC.Game extract the SAW core's VRS points.

BC.Game are now:

  • Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev

  • Denis "electroNic" Sharipov

  • Christopher "MUTiRiS" Fernandes

  • António "aragornN" Barbosa

  • Adones "krazy" Nobre
