4.14 Banned Players and Ban Policy

The Dust2.us Eagle Master Series reserves the right to rule ineligible players who are currently banned or otherwise sanctioned by the ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), Gamers Club, the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), BLAST, or other major tournaments organizers at its sole discretion for serious infractions and/or integrity violations and independently rule ineligible players for these violations at its sole discretion. Serious infractions and/or integrity violations include but not limited to: Cheating, Match Fixing, Betting Offenses, and Unsportsmanlike Conduct.

For avoidance of doubt, The Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series reserves these rights for both teams competing in the Main Event as well as teams competing in the Open Qualifiers for the Main Event.

While extensive, the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series hopes these bans send a strong message that there are consequences for playing with cheaters and materially benefiting from serious breaches of competitive integrity in the North American scene.
