Can they comeback?

Liquid are headed to the 0-2 bracket

Two early losses have complicated Liquid's life in Paris.

Things are looking dire for Liquid, as the team falls down to a 0-2 record after losses against Apeks and FORZE. Despite Nick "nitr0" Cannella's words, Liquid are starting very slow, and it has cost them both matches.

Whereas the two younger squads from the Americas in the Challengers stage are looking at a 1-1 record after facing Europe giants, Liquid are the ones falling behind early on with a 0-2 record.

Once again, just like against Apeks, Liquid found themselves down 7-1 on the T-side, but this time managed to go to the half down only 8-7. Unlike the game on Ancient versus the Norway team, the BO1 on Nuke would see a much better CT-side from the North American side, with Liquid even taking the lead 12-11. Unfortunately, FORZE managed to comeback and send Liquid down to the 0-2 bracket.

For the elimination series, the NA team will face either Fluxo or GamerLegion, depending on who wins from the OG vs. MOUZ series. Certainly, GamerLegion are looking much stronger than the Brazilian side, but either match-up will prove to be difficult as this is one of the most competitive majors ever.

Additionally, there's more pressure at the Liquid camp, as it is expected by many for them to make Legends at such an important event.
