donk reaches 10 MVPs, tying with kennyS and GeT_RiGhT

The Russian superstar Danil "⁠donk⁠" Kryshkovets has secured his 10th HLTV MVP medal this Sunday, August 17th, after posting yet another remarkable performance, this time at BLAST Bounty Season 2.

This 10th MVP award means that donk now has as many MVPs as Kenny "kennyS" Schrub and Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund, who are two absolute legends of Counter-Strike.

The difference is that while kennyS and GeT_RiGhT took years to win 10 MVPs, donk has done it in little over two years, as kennyS himself put it.

"Welcome to the club of 10th," kennyS wrote on X.

"He does in two years what some of us did in ten. At least I’m still in the top5 (for now). Definitely a GOAT in the making."

The other members of "the club of the 10th" are Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut (27), Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev (21), and Nicolai "device" Reedtz (19).

GeT_RiGhT and donk are the riflers who won the most MVP awards, and donk is close to tying Nikola "NiKo" Kovač in terms of Big Events MVPs.

The Russian is currently on seven, while NiKo leads the riflers' list with eight.

donk averaged a 1.36 rating across both stages of BLAST Bounty Season 2, playing a crucial role in Spirit's title.
