C0M departs Mythic

Like many others, he is looking towards the seemingly greener pastures of VALORANT.

Following Mythic's loss to Chaos in the ESEA MDL Season 34 grand finals last night, Corbin "C0M" Lee announced that he would be departing from the organization, and CS:GO as a whole.

Like many others in recent weeks, C0M is set to pursue VALORANT, and is seemingly close to signing with an organization. In an emotionally charged post-match stream, C0M gave thanks to Mythic and specifically Erik "fl0m" Flom for "giving [him] a way in life to be happy."

With C0M's departure, and Donovan "zNf" Froid's return to the team yesterday, Mythic are now:

  • United States Erik "fl0m" Flom
  • United States Adam "Polen" Polen
  • United States Kaitlin "Keiti" Boop
  • United States Donovan "zNf" Froid
  • Canada David "DAVEY" Stafford (Backup)

Mythic steadily improved their MDL standing over the four seasons that C0M was with them, rising from a dismal 16th in Season 31 to last night's runner-up finish. The stream team also participated in two Americas Minor Closed Qualifiers over that time period.
