team_NoViy win ASUS ROG Online Audition #2; RetrQ chosen by fl0m
The second and last ASUS ROG Community Challenge online audition has completed, with team_NoViy placing first over QQINC on Nuke 16-12 in the grand finals. With it, team_NoViy's players became candidates for the ASUS ROG Community Challenge.
As outlined by ASUS ROG, the five players of team_NoViy were sent forms to fill out, which would then be evaluated by Erik "fl0m" Flom, who would then choose one player, out of the ten candidates, to play with him at the community challenge event.
The top 4 standings for the second online audition are:
- 1st.
team_NoViy (kicking, Daemos, DreamZy, NoViy, Wolffe) - 2nd. QQ Incorporated (Chester, fast, NRX, brah, jon)
- 3rd-4th. Noble (stamina, mistivZ, ShoukR, cavern, curry)
- 3rd-4th. XPLI (junior, Jet, Just2EZ, AAustiN, bite)
Following the end of the audition and after the forms were filled out and sent, fl0m announced over social media that he had chosen Alexander "retrQ" Kadan out of the 10 candidates. retrQ had previously won the first online audition with MIZESQUAD.
retrQ has now been invited to the team selection process at the community challenge, where players will compete to audition for fl0m's team at PAX West.
