Liquid were in their best form yet while out in China

Top plays from Liquid's run at IEM Chengdu 2024

Got FOMO because you didn't get up at 4am? Don't worry we got you covered.

IEM Chengdu 2024 has come a close, and with it many NA fans are feeling a sense of FOMO due to the matches starting anywhere from nine to twelve hours ahead of us. This especially stings as Liquid had their best run to date with their new international roster, claiming a six-place finish out in China before falling to FaZe in quarterfinals.

However, you need not worry as your friends at Dust2.us have you covered with some of Liquid's best moments from IEM Chengdu 2024.

#5: Canada NAF galil ACE vs. MOUZ on Inferno

Keith "NAF" Markovic was a turret on banana while claiming a clean ACE versus MOUZ. The mistimed utility from MOUZ resulted in the whole time running into a hail of bullets from the ever-stoic NAF.

#4: Canada Twistzz 3k A-site defense vs. Denmark HEROIC on Ancient

While NAF's swap over to A in this round failed to pay off, his Canadian comrade Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken made sure HEROIC weren't able to get anything going as he navigated a smoke and a molotov to be in the prefect position to take some heads off with the ever-deadly M4A1-S.

#3: YEKINDAR 3v1 clutch vs. G2 on Ancient

With insane positioning and crisp crosshair placement, Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis took a round away from G2 that they likely felt secure in winning. YEKINDAR was in much better form in China compared to other recent events, suggesting that he's finally found his place in Casper "cadiaN" Møller's Liquid.

#2: Denmark cadiaN 1v2 post-plant defense vs. FaZe on Mirage

The FaZe versus Liquid playoff series saw a number of amazing plays from Liquid as they nearly took down the eventual champions. This one from the Dane was particularly great as he extended play with a 1v2 clutch with lightning fast AWP action.

#1: Denmark cadiaN 3k post-plant defense vs. FaZe on Nuke

Earlier in the same series, cadiaN once again as he did fantastic work in thwarting a 2v4 post-plant defense, needing to do it all due to NAF being critically low on health. While David "frozen" Čerňanský lived to fight another day, the rest of the team certainly needed to lick their wounds.

The next time we'll be able to see Liquid in action on LAN will be during ESL Pro League Season 19 when Liquid take on FURIA in Group C.
