Wolffe replaces Calix on Snakes Den due to school commitments

The 16-year-old player has stepped down to focus on school sports.

Just days after leaving Take Flyte, Kyle "Wolffe" Greenfield has found his home as a replacement for Dwight "Calix" Nguyen on Snakes Den. His addition to the team comes as Calix made the decision to prioritize school sports over esports, which greatly impacted his availability.

McKinley "Cryix" Hollison explained to Dust2.us that Calix made the decision to step down from Snakes Den due to changes is his High School football schedule preventing him from playing before 10 PM ET on most weekdays. As this situation is obviously untenable for a team with serious aspirations the two sides amicably parted ways, with Cyrix noting that there was no drama or issues within the team outside of the scheduling issues.

Fortunately for Snakes Den, the team are still incredibly early in their ESL Challenger League Season 45 season, meaning the team will be able to bed in Wolffe before the end of season crunch time common in ECL.

With Wolffe, Snakes Den are now:

  • United States McKinley "Cyrix" Hollison

  • United States Dylan "DJF" Ferreira

  • United States Sebastian "Seb" Dietrich

  • United States Mason "Lake" Sanderson

  • United States Kyle "Wolffe" Greenfield

  • Lucas "zander" Carvalho (Coach)

Snakes Den is currently playing in today's ESEA Cash Cup Circuit event, which started at 04:00PM.

from the past, watching pwn's stream, calix would always get yelled at to do his homework from his parents, so this totally checks out
