ESL Impact teams looking to round-out rosters

Two teams have lost a player prior to the new Impact season.

ESL Impact Season 3 is right around the corner, with the first qualifiers starting on the 17th of February and the second and final qualifiers starting on the 24th. Despite this, there is still a lot of movement between NA teams on the scene.

Recently, Please Send Bocks and Valkyries announced the end of the line for both rosters, and, a few days ago, U-Turn and Chimkin announced they are looking for a fifth player, after losing one piece.

On February 9th, on Twitter, as well as on ESL Impact's Discord server, the team announced tryouts to find the missing piece for the roster. The team lost Alexis “Pinecone” Wood, as the player is also a Broadcast Producer. U-Turn has featured in a lot of ESL Impact Cash Cups and, despite not winning a single one, the team has looked very competitive, finishing second in the last two iterations of the tournament.

The other team looking to find the final player for the squad is Chimkin. The team that won two Cash Cups in a row, a few days after the team was announced. The team lost Casey "chigen" recently, due to "unforeseen circumstances". Chigen would frequently show up at the top of the fragging list, meaning the team has lost some firepower with the player's absence. The team didn't fully close the door to a return, as the tweet stated that Chigen is leaving for "the time being". The team is hosting tryouts to find the best player to join the team.
