Advanced team gives up ECL S43 Relegation spot

Personal obligation will deny Eros a chance at ECL.

After a successful run to third place in ESEA Advanced Season 43, Eros have made the heartbreaking decision to give up their spot in ESL Challenger League Season 43 Relegation.

After losing the lower bracket final to Limitless, Eros could rest easy knowing that they still had a path to ECL via Relegation. However, personal obligations have forced Eros to forfeit the spot, as they would be unable to field a full roster. In their place REIGN and EX CINERE are currently playing a last chance series.

Regarding the team's need to drop out, Eros' owner Mark "Vindi" told Dust2.us:

To sum things up, Scottiyio is in Toronto this weekend and we can't find him a PC setup anywhere relatively convenient enough. nooz also has family coming up for the weekend from out of state which has been planned for awhile.

The Eros owner carried no pessimism regarding the circumstance, elaborating further that the organization has hopes to “run it back”, with plans to “renegotiate for next season and win Advanced.”

REIGN and EX CINERE are battling right now to see who will take the final Relegation spot.
