emode parts ways with IGC

The Canadian is looking to remain in esports, and is open to a wide range of roles and opportunites.

Evan "emode" Patrao has announced that he is no longer working for Immortals Gaming Club, the parent company of Immortals, MIBR, and OpTic.

emode spent the past two years with the organization as a content manager, but according to the tweet is open to a variety of opportunities going forward.

Prior to hanging up his mouse and moving to the States, emode played a number of ESEA Premier/MDL seasons, representing RONIN for the majority of them. His teams reached playoffs in three of those seasons, but were eliminated in the first round each time.

More recently, he has commentated VALORANT during events hosted by Counter Logic Gaming and Immortals. He has also made a return to commentating CS:GO for the European event Nine to Five #5, which started on October 19th. That event will notably see the debut of Ricky "floppy" Kemery's new-look Cloud9 next week.
