MarKE returns to wreak havoc in FPL

FPL[-C] Recap - MarKE and Rampage on a tear

The battle between MarKE and wippie in FPL recommences.

Edgar "MarKE" Maldonado has topped FPL for the second week running, grabbing himself a first place finish above Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan and Michael "dapr" Gulino to close out September's third week. Meanwhile, over in FPL-C, Ramal "Rampage" Silva had a strong performance following his return from Fragadelphia to take the top spot with almost a 40-point lead over his closest competition.

Joshua "steel" Nissan also made an appearance near the top of the board, managing a fourth place finish just below dapr and ShahZaM. Sharks' Luca "Luken" Nadotti also placed in the money as a result of winning 11 of the 16 games he played, while Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken and Kaitlin "Keiti" Boop ended the week tied for tenth, with the young Canadian edging out the spot due to a higher winrate for the week.

The monthly leaderboard saw a small shift as Austin "Cooper-" Abadir fell from fifth to eighth, with ShahZaM taking his spot at the bottom of the top five. As a result of MarKE's dominant week, he added almost 200 points to his tally, putting himself far ahead of his closest competitor in the form of Maxim "wippie" Shepelev at 1,892.

On the FPL-C side of things, Rampage came in hot after a rough performance at Fragadelphia 13, with the LAN experience seemingly reinvigorating the player as he pushed to top the charts. Finishing just behind Rampage was his former teammate Adam "Ange" Milian, who maintained his second place slot from last week to remain in the money.

With the end of September drawing near, last week's FPL-C winner Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk currently sits at the top of the monthly leaderboard, putting himself in strong contention for a move-up at the end of the month. Just below him resides Paytyn "Junior" Johnson, while this week's strong performance has pushed Rampage into third.
