FalleN will likely be a fan favourite without any NA teams to cheer for in Washington

BLAST's return to NA sells out

The Washington D.C. iteration of BLAST Spring Finals has reached capacity.

While the BLAST.tv Paris Major is well underway at this point, the Danish organizer's next event in the Capital of the United States has sold out. All tickets available had sold out during the Pre-Sale where BLAST.tv users were given exclusive access.

BLAST Spring Finals is set to kick off on June 7th, with the 4,000-seater Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington D.C having reached capacity, despite the fact that there won't be a single North American team in attendance.

Traveling back across the Atlantic, this marks BLAST's first visit back to the continent since BLAST Pro Series: Los Angeles 2019 which was won by the Intel Grand Slam-winning Liquid lineup.

This will mark the third big event that BLAST has run in the United States, with the other iteration being BLAST Pro Series: Miami 2019 where Cloud9 and Liquid were both in attendance.

Liquid and Complexity both missed out on the opportunity to represent the region in D.C. after failing to qualify from the Spring Groups, before being eliminated by paiN and Imperial respectively in the Spring Showdown. EG Black also had an opportunity to make it through the Showdown after their upset over FURIA, but they too fell to the eventual Showdown winners, Imperial.

It would be expected that the NA faithful will get behind the Brazilian squad who are led by Legendary IGL and former Liquid Awper, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo.
