Liquid flow into StarSeries i-League Season 5 Finals
Liquid have become the second invited team to join the StarSeries i-League Season 5 tournament, joining the already invited mousesports and qualified teams NRG and HellRaisers.
Liquid's last appearance at a StarLadder event saw them finish third, taking down FaZe in the tournament's decider match, after having fallen to eventual winners mousesports in the semifinals. This time in Kiev they'll be looking to do better and secure a finals spot.
NRG secured qualification as the sole team through the North America closed qualifier, taking down Renegades and Luminosity on their way through. The StarSeries i-League Season 5 Finals are set to begin May 28th and run until June 3rd, with the playoffs held at the National Palace of Arts "Ukraina" in Kiev.
