TACO confirms departure from SK

Epitacio "TACO" de Melo has shared that he will no longer be part of SK.

Amid the recent reports of a trio of SK players looking to strengthen their side with the additions of  Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and Egor "flamie" Vasilyev, TACO posted a TwitLonger regarding "perhaps the hardest decision of his life."

TACO had been part of the Lumonsity/SK core since 2015 when he and Lincoln "fnx" Lau were picked up by FalleN and co.  Throughout his time on the Brazillian team, TACO has helped the team win multiple international events including back to back majors in 2016.

TACO also stated a lack of happiness and immense pressure from the community were also reasons for parting ways with SK. However, in a follow-up tweet, he has vowed to continue playing and has rediscovered his passion.

Without TACO, SK's roster looks like:

  • Brazil Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
  • Brazil Fernando "fer" Alvarenga
  • Brazil Marcelo "coldzera" David
  • Brazil Ricardo "boltz" Prass

It should be noted that the earlier report indicated that boltz may be on his way out of the team as well, though nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
