Fnatic and EnVyUs invited to DH Masters Marseille

The second French team and recent IEM winners will travel to France in April.

The final two invites to DreamHack Masters Marseille 2018 have been announced, with Fnatic and EnVyUs each receiving spots at the event in France. They are the 11th and 12th teams out of 16 to be decided, with TyLoo securing the Asia qualifier spot and the Europe and North America qualifiers yet to be decided.

Fnatic have been mostly up in recent months, despite their abysmal performance at StarSeries i-League Season 4, including a huge win at IEM Katowice over FaZe. They will certainly be one of the teams to watch out for and are possible contenders for the title.

EnVyUs, after an extremely disappointing outing at the Major (no thanks to Cédric "RpK" Guipouy's illness), decided to drop their two worst performers Christophe "SIXER" Xia and Alexandre "xms" Forté and sign ex-FaZe member Fabien "kioShiMa" Fiey and EnVyUs Academy player Ali "hAdji" Haïnouss. This will be the first LAN for this five man lineup, as at the WESG World Finals, SIXER will stand in for ScreaM due to nationality restrictions.

The North American closed qualifier is set to take place on March 25th, so be on the lookout for invites and the results of the open qualifiers taking place the two days before.

Here is the current team list for the tournament in Marseille:

Denmark Astralis United States Cloud9 EnVyUs FaZe
Sweden Fnatic Gambit G2 Liquid
mousesports Natus Vincere Sweden NiP Brazil SK
Qualifier Qualifier Qualifier TyLoo
