FPL Recap - Brehze makes bank

With the professional circuit in its off-season, more notable names will start to make appearances once again.

The second week of FPL for December has ended, with Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte topping the board having won 21 of his 26 matches for an 81% winrate, placing him 46 points ahead of his closest competition in Matthew "no_one" Congdon.

Last week's winner, Blake "Strings" Stringer, is notably absent from the top 20, although a first place finish on the second day of the week saw him continue to rack up cash through the daily ladders. Brehze added to his weekly winnings with $950 from placings throughout the week as well.

With BLAST Pro Series Lisbon wrapping up this past weekend, it is likely that FPL will see the return of some of North America's bigger names as players look to relax during the off-season. Jake "Stewie2K" Yip played and won three matches over the week due to his absence, while Nick "nitr0" Cannella narrowly missed out on being in the money by four points with just eleven matches played.

The full standings for the week are available on FACEIT's website.
