dazzLe looks to be heading out of eUnited

Report: dazzLe to make way for Cooper- on eUnited

It's a stay of execution for Relyks, who was thought to be on the chopping block.

In a report from VPEsports.com, it is stated that Will "dazzLe" Loafman will be the individual being replaced on eUnited for Austin "Cooper-" Abadir. This means that Skyler "Relyks" Weaver will remain a core component of the team.

eUnited have recently come back from competing in two LAN events, both of which without Cooper-, at IEM Chicago and DreamHack Open Atlanta. Both times they were knocked out in groups, with a 9-12th finish in Chicago and a 5-6th finish in Atlanta, both times being knocked out by a 2-0 loss to Luminosity. Online, the team finished mid-table in both ESL Pro League and ECS, avoiding relegation but also missing out on playoffs.

Cooper- was confirmed as an addition on November 1st, the same day as Dust2.us reported on his acquisition by the team to replace Relyks. The team's performances at the two previously mentioned events would seem to have changed their decision, even if dazzLe had overall stronger performances at both events.

If confirmed, this will mean eUnited's roster would be as follows:

  • Canada Kaleb "moose" Jayne
  • United States Skyler "Relyks" Weaver
  • United States Michael "dapr" Gulino
  • Canada Pujan "FNS" Mehta
  • United States Austin "Cooper-" Abadir
  • United States Jared "osorandom" Hartman (Coach)
  • United States Brandon "Ace" Winn (On loan to Swole Patrol)
  • United States Will "dazzLe" Loafman (Inactive)

The next tournament for eUnited will be the IEM Katowice 2019 Americas Minor North America Closed Qualifier, taking place between December 12th-14th. It is widely expected that it will be this tournament where Cooper- will make his competitive debut with the team.
