BLAST Pro Series Istanbul schedule released
With the next BLAST Pro Series stop coming up in Istanbul, Turkey, mere days after the Major playoffs conclude, organizers RFRSH Entertainment have released the schedule for the $250,000 six-team event.
There will be two North American representatives at the event, Cloud9 and MIBR, who coincidentally will play each other in the first round of games. The times for the Friday matches are yet to be released, however the full times for the arena day on Saturday have been.
Following the format set at the inaugural BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen event, the tournament will be structured over two days in a best-of-one round robin format, with the top two teams facing off in a best-of-three grand final. The third and fourth placed teams will then take part in a series of 1v1 matches named the BLAST Stand-off, which will determine who takes home the $25,000 third prize.
Each round of games will be played concurrently and streamed on separate Twitch channels. The full schedule, with times for Saturday in EDT, is as follows:
