NRG on low power, Renegades in hell, Stewie2SK looking better
Most of the second day of StarSeries i-League Season 5 has finished, with Renegades and NRG losing their series and moving to the 0-2 pool while SK have advanced to the 2-0 pool in the Swiss group.
In the North vs NRG game, the first map went the way of the Danes thanks to a huge performance from captain Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen. The North Americans answered back on Overpass with an even bigger match by Jacob "FugLy" Medina. North eventually closed out the series by taking Mirage with Philip "aizy" Aistrup interestingly in the lead.

Renegades vs HellRaisers also went three maps like the previous series. The first map Inferno went to the Renegades, with in-game leader Noah "Nifty" Francis leading by example. The Europeans mounted a strong offense on the following map Mirage, with Bence "DeadFox" Böröcz picking up the majority of the frags. The final map Train was a landslide for HellRaisers as Issa "ISSAA" Murad and friends demolished RNG 16-1.

SK had an easier time against the Kazakhs of AVANGAR, as Marcelo "coldzera" David powered his team to a win on Inferno. Map two was a bit closer, but Ricardo "boltz" Prass and SK managed to close it out in the end 16-11 and will move on to the 2-0 pool.
