BLAST Fall Showdown NA Qualifiers announced

BLAST announced this morning all of the qualifiers for the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, which is the prelude to the BLAST Premier Fall Final that takes place in Copenhagen later this November.

North America will see its qualifier run from September 7th through September 10th, with Nouns, Party Astronauts, and Wildcard already receiving invites to the qualifier. There is one more invite set to be delivered.

There are four open spots in the qualifier, the dates of which will be announced at a later date.

With the Fall Showdown being split, BLAST says that the BLAST Premier North American Fall Showdown will be held from October 4th through October 8th, likely with Complexity and Evil Geniuses. Liquid, now has a European core, are likely to play in the EU showdown as they have made the old continent their new home.

Dust2.us reached out to both BLAST and Liquid for clarification on where the organization will play the Fall Final qualifier. BLAST told Dust2 that the information is not public at this moment while Liquid has not yet responded.

In South America, 9z, 00 Nation, and Fluxo are preparing to face off later today in the TG Masters Fall - BLAST Premier Fall Showdown Qualifier. Notably, the popular Brazilian teams of FURIA, Imperial, and paiN are not participating in the qualifier. It is possible that they might participate in the NA Showdown.
