Could FalleN suit up for FURIA?

FURIA confirm upcoming meeting with FalleN

The organization is set to potentially make a major move.

This evening, FURIA Co-Owner André Akkari published a message to fans where he confirmed that the organization will be speaking with Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo in the next few weeks as they head into an interesting offseason.

We've already set up a meeting with [FalleN] in the next two weeks. Yes, the will of the debate for us to understand how he sees all this and how we will feel, it does exist.

The timing of the statement was during the middle of Imperial's Grand Final match against ODDIK in the ESL Brazil Premier League Season 14 for a spot at ESL Pro League Season 18, drawing some criticism for being a distraction. For Imperial players like Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo and Ricardo "boltz" Prass, they acknowledged the statement shortly after their win with a few jokes on Twitter.

While the intention of meeting with FalleN draws the most attention, others noticed that Akkari specifically did not mention two players when discussing the CS:GO team. Rafael "saffee" Costa and André "drop" Abreu were not mentioned throughout the message to fans, despite Akkari recalling that the owners have met with Andrei "arT" Piovezan, Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato and Yuri "yuurih" Santos.

FURIA's meeting with FalleN is intriguing as the player has repeatedly expressed a desire to retire by the end of 2023. As for the future formation of FURIA, many question marks remain regarding the future formation. For now, the team has no future events until Gamers8.

im not sure about this move, if anything, FalleN could be a coach or analyst for the team, FalleN was able to poach chelo and jota from mibr and they were still not able to make the major or do anything in rio 2023. I think FalleN might be able to layout a good foundation, but his playing days are over

I think that FalleN coming into the team and doing anything other than somehow being a support person is shortsighted

just depends if he's gonna be a player or coach, if he's playing he'd take the awp from saffee and i think saffee > FalleN
