Please Send Bocks disbands

Please Send Bocks are no more after the players went to Twitter to announce they are looking for a new team to compete in, after almost four months together.

The team formed after Please Send Help lost some members to EG Gold and added the core from Little Bocks, thus the name Please Send Bocks. At this point, three members that formed the first roster had already left, but those changes were positive as the team saw some national success.

It was on Twitter that players went to announce they are looking for teams, some were very succinct like Charissa "Senna" Hoang, simply stating that the team fell apart and that she is looking for a new team. Other players like Abby "abby" and Lisa "lisa" made their roles clear when tweeting out that they are looking for a new team, and Vanessa "Vanessa" Gideon stated that she is very recent to the esports side of CS:GO but she has evolved and is also looking for a new team.

The team's first appearance under the Please Send Bocks banner happened in September during a ESL Impact Cash Cup event, where they placed 3rd-4th. The team lost in two finals in the following editions but managed to grab first place in the third iteration of the Autumn Cash Cup. After that, Please Send Bocks won the two next Cash Cups.

During the Open Qualifier #1 for the ESL Impact Katowice 2023, the team managed to reach the finals but ultimately lost against EG Gold. Their last chance to qualify for the Katowice event also didn't end with them booking their tickets to Poland.

Dust2.us reached out to Senna for a comment about the situation and the player stated that "everyone left amicably" and that the reason behind the disbandment is that "people want to try their luck on a different team instead of staying together for the long term". Senna also told that there are "no hard feelings" and wished the best of luck to her former teammates.

At the time of publication, the IGL of the team, Julie "Bouchard" Bouchard, and the official Twitter account of the team are yet to address the disbanding.
