Gorilla Core lose team

The Brazilian side have left their organization and are now looking for a new home.

Charles "pbf1" Teles has announced his team of Brazilians have left Gorilla Core. The team initially joined the organisation with a fairly different roster, which included 1.6 legend Raphael "cogu" Camargo, before undergoing vast changes.

The reasons behind the move are currently unclear. The team have been unable to make an impact in North America with their only LAN appearance, Fragadelphia 11, seeing them fail to make it out of groups. Other results are mixed with their only win coming in the form of ESEA S25 Open, which qualified them to S26 Premier. That promotion saw them fall into potential relegation as they finished 20th in the Mountain Dew League, and their CEVO S13 Main finish was similarly unfruitful as they finished 9th-12th.

For now, it appears the current five are set to stick together on their hunt for a new organization. The current squad of ex-Gorilla Core are:

Brazil Charles "pbf1" Teles
Brazil Augusto "gut0" Bertora
Brazil Rodrigo "RCF" Figueiredo
Brazil Luigi "dukka" Castiglione
Brazil Filipe "fP1" de Caires
