kNgV- says "Peace out" to America for the time being

kNgV- to miss EPL matches, DreamHack Montreal due to visa issues

The Brazilian sniper has to return home in order to obtain a P1 Visa.

Earlier today, Immortals coach Rafael "zakk" Fernandes revealed that he would be standing-in for Vito "kNgV-" Giuseppe on a temporary basis:

Translation: "kNgV- had to return to Brazil for personal reasons, and I will stand-in for some games. This is temporary"

Later, in an interview with ESPN.com.br, Immortals CEO Noah Whinston clarified that the player has returned home in order to sort out his P1 Visa - which is a document pertaining to athletes. Whinston also claimed that Giuseppe should be back with the team in two weeks — though this still means he will miss four ESL Pro League matches, the entirety of DreamHack Montreal, and potentially ELEAGUE Group B.

ESPN.com.br also noted that kNgV- is not the only Immortals player with visa issues currently, as backup João "horvy" Horvath is still awaiting papers as well.

The Immortals roster in kNgV's absence will be:

  • Brazil HEN1
  • Brazil LUCAS1
  • Brazil boltz
  • Brazil steel
  • Brazil zakk (Coach/stand-in)
