ex-Polar Ace set to finish season with omniscient as curry steps down
Dust2.us has learned that ex-Polar Ace are set to finish ESEA MDL Season 35 with Kevin "omniscient" Ma due to Rahul "curry" Nemani stepping down from the team on October 27th.
curry initially joined ex-Polar Ace on October 14th as a replacement for Koby "kobruh" Higgs, with the latter making the jump to Rugratz. He performed well during his brief time with the team, putting up a 1.07 rating over the course of three maps.
His replacement, omniscient, has had a difficult time in his first season of MDL, with a 0.73 rating in losses to New England Whalers, Third Impact, and Russian Canadians. Luckily for omniscient, his performance in ex-Polar Ace's final match against Secret Club will be of little bearing as they have secured their spot in Season 36 due to beating Vireo.pro earlier in the season.
With this change, ex-Polar Ace will finish the season with:
George "Powerzz" Yaede- Ezekiel "KmZ" Hughes
- Nicholas "hate" Young
- Sam "Noxio" Goodwin
- Kevin "omniscient" Ma (Stand-in)
As previously mentioned, ex-Polar Ace's final match of Season 35 will see them take on Secret Club tomorrow at 9:45PM EDT.
