floppy and ATK will face LiViD in the co-ed WESG North America Regional Finals

A grueling day of Counter-Strike yesterday saw ATK and LiViD advance through the co-ed division of WESG's North American closed qualifiers, while CLG Red and ANEW have done the same in the female-only bracket.

WESG Closed Qualifier matchups set for Sunday

ATK battled through the upper bracket of their qualifier, overcoming Envy, Riot Squad, and eUnited in tight affairs to meet Ben's Anime Team in the finals. The one map advantage garnered came in handy for the American/South African side, as Josh "steel" Nissan and co. pushed them to the limit on both maps played in the grand final.

LiViD also swept their bracket, taking down rivals Oceanus in the quarterfinals as well as during their rematch in the grand finals. After having dropped only one map in the qualifier, the Canadian outfit are now set to meet ATK in Montreal on December 7th.
