s0m, Strings, and wippie qualify for FPL
The November season of FPL-C has concluded with a fierce three-way battle at the top. As a result, Sam "s0m" Oh, Blake "Strings" Stringer and Maxim "wippie" Shepelev will all be moving up to the top division, which the first two had previously been part of.
