compLexity to use Slemmy and Professor_Chaos for EPL Relegation

With the new additions joining after the transfer deadline, the two players travelling to the UK have been selected.

compLexity have confirmed that they will be using Alec "Slemmy" White and analyst Andrew "Professor_Chaos" Heintz in the upcoming ESL Pro League relegation tournament.

The team added Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz and Shahzeeb "ShahZaM" Khan from OpTic after the team went on a Danish focus. Due to being added after the ESL Pro League transfer deadline, they were not elegible to compete at the relegation tournament, meaning stand-ins were required.

Notably, not on the team is Peter "ptr" Gurney, choosing not to complete the season with the team after being put on the chopping block when the two new players came onto the market. Coming into his position will be Professor_Chaos, who hasn't taken part in competitive play since his time on Muffin Lightning in February 2017.

The team are set to compete in the ESL Pro League relegation tournament on May 9th and 10th, against Splyce, Torqued and the losing team of eUnited and Swole Patrol.

compLexity's squad for the ESL Pro League relegation tournament shall be:

  • Rory "dephh" Jackson
  • Canada Bradley "androidx23" Fodor
  • United States Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker
  • United States Alec "Slemmy" White (stand-in)
  • United States Andrew "Professor_Chaos" Heintz (stand-in)
  • United States Ronald "Rambo" Kim (Coach)

Taking into account that ptr will not be with the team in Leicester, UK, the form compLexity's roster will take for the remainder of ECS is currently unknown, where a combination of one of the added players and one of the replaced players will have to be used.
