The next chapter in arT's career is set to be under Fluxo

Official: Former FURIA IGL signs for Fluxo

arT will look to begin again with a young squad after falling out of FURIA.

Fluxo have announced the signing of Andrei "arT" Piovezan alongside former MIBR Academy player Nicollas "nicks" Polonio, seeing the former FURIA IGL officially leave the organization after six years with the organization where he made his name. The signing comes after Fluxo announced the benching of Vinícios "PKL" Coelho and Vinicius "vsm" Moreira earlier today.

arT's move to Fluxo will see the 28-year-old look to redefine himself after a highly successful albeit trophy-less period with FURIA. This lack of silverware and an overall breakdown in the team relationship led to arT's ouster back in April and a move to the bench ahead of the expiration of his contract in June.

Fluxo's decision to fork over the cash to acquire arT follows a trend of the organization being unafraid of splashing cash in an attempt to form a world-class CS roster, something they have failed to do after nearly two years in the space. The hope is likely that a young core around arT that will be naturally receptive to his leadership and ideas will be the key to breaking through in the Brazilian scene. To that end the organization has also signed nicks, a promising 18-year-old rifler who has garnered much interest after 16 months with MIBR Academy.

With these two additions, Fluxo are now:

  • Brazil Lucas "Lucaozy" Neves

  • Brazil Romeu "zevy" Rocco

  • Brazil Richard "chay" Seidy

  • Brazil Andrei "arT" Poivezan

  • Brazil Nicollas "nicks" Polonio

  • Brazil Marcos "tacitus" Castilho (Coach)

arT will already be in action tonight with Fluxo as they take on paiN in ESL Challenger League Season 47 South America at 08:00PM.
