Limitless assign IGL duties to Makzwell

Recently, Limitless announced the star additions of Ian "motm" Hardy and Gareth "MisteM" Reis, alongside Xavier "Locke" Barth to round out their new roster. With the inclusion of MisteM, many believed that the South African would be the one to lead the team going forward. However, Dust2.us has learned that that will not be the case, with the IGL duties being handed to Max "Makzwell" Sparrey.

MisteM, a South African native, has been part of ATK since 2020 and transformed the squad into one of the best teams in the region. Under his tutelage, he was able to guide the organization to berths in ESL Pro League as well as competing amongst the best in North America. Limitless is currently working with MisteM to maintain his residency in Canada while he competes for the organization.

As part of the transition, MisteM will not be leading the team as many believed. In a conversation with Makzwell, the 22 year-old explained that during the initial discussion of the South African joining Limitless, he was interested in calling for the team. MisteM agreed to the stipulation, but will continue to provide a huge voice to the team and will continue to help the young player grow that side of his game inside and outside of the server. The idea is that by letting Makzwell call, it will allow both MisteM and motm free to be more impactful fraggers while offering secondary tactical support.

Limitless have begun their journey in ESEA Advanced and intend to secure promotion to ESL Challenger League next season. While MisteM is not in the western hemisphere, the team is using Evindar "drop" Isik as a substitute.
