Andres "spamzz" Correa lived up to his name as he netted two massive 4k's for his team on their Terrorist side of Train.

Vault over Hadouken for spot at WESG Americas Regional Finals

The match between the two Colombian teams was a decisive win for the veterans of Vault.

The second to last spot was decided today for the WESG Americas Regional Finals between two teams hailing from Colombia, Vault and Hadouken.

Map one was was nearly decided in the first half of the game. Vault took complete control on their CT-side of Cache as they won 13 consecutive rounds before Hadouken could manage one. Taking the last round with them, Vault quickly ended the half with a crushing 14-1 scoreline.

Hadouken bounced back surpringly well for a team facing such a massive deficit. Taking the first four rounds of their CT-side they began their runback, only to be put on map point the following round. Still, they pressed forward, netting another five rounds before Vault finally claimed the final round they needed to secure the map 16-10.

Train started off as a more balanced affair.  Vault took charge once more by securing the first three rounds of their T-side. With a proper economy built up, Hadouken finally had the armament and utility to ward their enemies off for three of their own. After a 1 for 1 trade of rounds Vault pressed on, netting another five rounds straight with the help of two massive 4k's from Jesus "sam_A" Taboada. Hadouken managed to close out the last two bringing the halftime score to 9-6 in Vault's favor.

Little was to be found in the way of an offense from Hadouken. Despite claiming the pistol round, they were anti-eco'd on round two and spiraled downwards the rest of the map. Vault closed out the map 16-8 and the series 2-0, cementing their spot as the representatives for Northern South America at the WESG LAN Finals.
