steel will be playing the next season of ESEA Premier with some familiar faces

steel and Torqued to play ESEA Premier Season 26

This will mark the Canadian's first true return to action since being unbanned by ESL and DreamHack.

It has been confirmed to dust2.us that Josh "steel" Nissan intends to play the upcoming season of ESEA Premier with the new iteration of Torqued Along with him he brings former compatriots Armeen "a2z" Toussi and Trey "tck" Martin. The Premier slot itself belongs to the team formerly known as Synthetik Gaming, which got off to a promising start to Season 25 before being decimated by roster issues. Sam "4sh0t" Mariano and Neil "montE" Montgomery are the returning members from that incarnation.

A slightly different version of the line-up (with RONIN's Dallas "Dallas" Micks replacing tck) will travel to Toronto this weekend to play the WorldGaming Canadian Championship Regional.

On the team's ESEA roster page, they say they are looking for a sponsor for the upcoming season. This makes steel the first confirmed player who was recently unbanned by ESL and DreamHack to return to high-level action.

The roster of Torqued is as follows:

  • United States 4sh0t
  • Canada montE
  • Canada steel
  • Canada a2z
  • United States tck
